A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a broadcasting producer’s annual investment (PD) of “B” and the victim C (a person, a person, and a person aged 21) is a person who produces the same program through a smoke.
