Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2017, from around 12:15 to 12:30 of the same day, the Defendant, who was suffering from ordinary churches in the first floor F restaurant of the E church managed by the victim D located in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business for about 15 minutes by force by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) stating that “I am, I am well fright, I am well fright, I am well-being”; and (b) obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.
