Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:50 on September 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sought an inquiry about the circumstances of the instant case from the G District Guard E of the Dong Police Station D District Station called, “I will see that I will not have to go to the hospital while I will go to go to the hospital,” and (b) asked E to go to the hospital at the same time upon arrival of the 119 first-aid service, and “I will see that I will go to this Chewing fels, I will go to go to go to the hospital,” while I see that I would be F of the traffic accident-related persons in the vicinity at the time of the stop.

1. A protocol concerning the examination of the police officers of the accused;

1. Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes to the complaint;

1. Article 311 of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts constituting an offense and Article 311 of the choice of punishment;

1. Articles 70 and 69(2) of the former Criminal Act (Amended by Act No. 12575, May 14, 2014);

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
