Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:20 on July 10, 201, the Defendant driven a scenario vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.194% without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 40km section to the front road of the Yan-Eup in the Sinan-si located in Yangju-si.
