Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the defendant, unlike the promise, did not pay the price for the name lending of the business operator to the defendant, and did not pay corporate tax, it is false in the horizontal housing site office of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office with the aim of having B be subject to criminal punishment.
