The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who takes over a registered automobile shall apply to the Mayor/Do governor for the registration of ownership.

On February 22, 2013, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant purchased DEX car from C in the vicinity of the “private exit site” located in the Busan Dong-dong-dong, Busan, for a total of 6 million won.
