Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Although the Defendant purchased a C Dalar300C car in the name of B from a person whose name was not known, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the date of purchase.
