Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 20 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch on March 9, 2015; on March 15, 2016, the above court received a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving); on February 9, 2018, the above court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year and six months.

1. On March 22, 2018, the Defendant driven C A-A-D vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.109% from the 17km section to the front road of the 10:44 Manyang-si Manyang-si Manyang-si in lightyang-si, around 10:44 on the same day from the 10:44 on March 22, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.109% from the 17km section.

As a result, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving of a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.

3. On March 22, 2018, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act and the unlawful uttering of official documents: (a) when he fluencing the Defendant’s resident registration certificate of a non-party to this kind of rural village by suggesting the completion of the Defendant’s resident registration certificate of the non-party to this class, present it to E, who is an official document, in order to conceal his personal information as his resident registration certificate, at the same time, to use another person’s resident registration certificate, which is an official document, as his resident registration certificate, in light of 10:44, 2018.
