Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 17, 201, the Defendant forged private documents at the office of 6th floor of the member-gu Seoul Building in Ansan-si, A, and around that time, the Defendant received a letter of consent from the building owner to give up deposits in the process of obtaining permission for the danran business from D and then received a letter of consent from the building owner to give up deposits. On the blank, the Defendant stated “a letter of refusal” on the upper end of the pent, stating “I give up the deposit. I will give up the deposit,” and stated “D on June 11, 201.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of renunciation of the name D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On March 10, 2015, at the office of the head of Ansan-si, 1586-4 Economic Team of the Ansan-gu, Simsan-si, 1586-4, the Defendant submitted to the head of the police station a false statement of renunciation in the name of D, as seen above, a false statement of waiver was submitted to the head of the police station and exercised the case.
