A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was a Vietnamese nationality, was partially leased part of his/her own mobile phone agent called “D” from January 2016 to Kimhae-si, and was mainly selling mobile phones, etc. to foreigners.

1. Acquisition of stolen property;

A. On January 2016, the Defendant acquired stolens from E, which came to know of E working in the “G agency” located in Kimhae-si F, with the introduction of relatives, and that E arbitrarily disposed of and embezzled the mobile phone machinery temporarily opened and kept in the name of another person from the aforementioned mobile phone agency, or stolen and sold the phone portable device entrusted by the said mobile phone agency, and known that he/she sold it.

around 18:00 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) issued to the Defendant’s dwelling room in front of Kimhae-si, the Defendant: (b) the Defendant: (c) the Defendant: (d) received the Defendant’s cell phone of KRW 834,900; (d) the Defendant’s 6S mobile phone of KRW 130,80,000 from 3 mobile phone of KRW 1,30; (e) the market price of KRW 1,130,80; (e) the five mobile phone of KRW 89,800 in the market price; (e) the amount of KRW 7:5,75, market price of Samsung Gallon-si; (e) the Defendant received KRW 70,000,000 from 7,000,0000 in total, and transferred the said KRW 205,000,000 in consideration of Samsung Gallon-si’s mobile phone of KRW 2,500,25,005.

The Defendant, including that, on February 12, 2016, from around 12, 2016 to June 27, 2016, acquired stolen or embezzled mobile phones owned by Chang Chang, Co., Ltd., Ltd., a victim who stolen or embezzled E over 14 occasions, by acquiring stolen objects by being aware of the fact.

B. The Defendant acquiring stolens from I, around 10:0 on February 15, 2016, leased part of the foregoing Defendant to the office.
