Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 대마 및 향 정신성의약품 밀수입 피고인은 2016. 12. 10. 경 미국 워싱턴 주 시애틀에 있는 ‘ 타 코마’ 국제 공항에서 별지 범죄 일람표 (1) 기 재와 같이 대마 성분을 함유한 카나 비스 칵테일 스파이커 (CANNABIS COCKTAIL SPIKERS), 케이크 볼스 (CAKE BALLS) 등 오일, 비누와 함께 대마초 약 12.1g 등 29개 품목 각 수량 란 기재 물품( 순 번 1~29 번) 및 향 정신성의약품인 사일로 신 (Psilocin) 이 함유된 초콜릿 6개( 순 번 30~31 번 )를 여행용 가방에 숨긴 후, 아시아나 항공 F 항공기에 탑승하여 2016. 12. 11. 19:30 경 인천 중구 공항로 272에 있는 인천 국제공항에 도착하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana and native mental medicine.

2. Around July 5, 2016, the Defendant inhaled marijuana smokes at “H hotel” rooms located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, together with I, by inserting the hemp in tobacco with I and smelting the smoke by attaching a smoke thereto, and from that time until November 2016, the Defendant inhaled 6 times, such as I, J, and K, along with the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 1.
