Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Cheongju District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on June 23, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 10:00 on December 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) delivered to the J one of the vinyl C, which is a part of the instant plastic medicine, a part of the vinyl 2.8g of approximately 1.8g, a part of the instant plastic medicine (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) immediately after the Defendant moved with J to the withdrawal of nearby agricultural cooperatives in cash; (c) sold 1.2 million won in cash from J in the form of cash.

B. On August 22, 2017, the Defendant administered a philophone medication at the guest room of “L hotel” located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, with approximately 0.03g g of philophone to a coffee.

At around 12:35 on August 24, 2017, the Defendant, who possesses phiphones, contained approximately 3.24g vinyls in the hotel guest room in the above paragraph “B,” and carried them in the bags.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On August 23, 2017, the Defendant smoked in a hotel room, such as “No. 1-B”, in a manner that, at the hotel room, the Defendant scam in a pipe made of the croding day, put the scam in the pipe of the hemp (i.e., one-time medication, approximately 0.5g) and the smoke emitted from the scam with the scam added into the pipe.

B. The Defendant, in the same date and place as “No. 1-C.”, was placed in a plastic package No. 0.01g of the hemp plant, and carried it in a household package.
