Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, on May 2020, the Defendant: (a) stolen a 20-beer’s disease with a total of 2,600 won of the market value of the victim owned by the victim in the region north-gu, Busan; (b) around that time, from around July 9, 2020 to around July 03:20, the Defendant stolen a total of 23,400 won in total, as indicated in the [Attachment List] Nos. 1, (3), (5) through (10), and (13 through (15).

On May 2020, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the G warehouse operated by the Victim EF in Busan Northern-gu, Busan-gu; (b) went into the warehouse; (c) was in front of such G warehouse; (d) was in front of such G warehouse; and (d) was stolen with 20 beer soldiers in total amounting to KRW 2,600 in the market price of the victim’s possession; and (d) was in front of such new wall from around that time until July 6, 2020, the Defendant stolen the victim’s disease in total amounting to KRW 11,120 in addition to the new wall list Nos. 2,4,11, and 120 in total, from around that time until July 6, 2020.

3. On June 18, 2020, the defrauded posted a notice “I” on the Internet site “J” bulletin board at the “J” bulletin board in Busan Northern-gu, Busan-gu, stating that “I sells 50,000 K of game money to KRW 1.110,00,00,000,” and the Defendant reported this to the victim L who contacted with the victim “I would send the money first.”
However, in fact, even if the defendant received money from the victim because there was no particular property or income at the time, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 110,00 from the victim under the same day as the price for the game money.
