2. Determination on the plaintiffs' claims

A. The plaintiffs' objection to each of the lands and obstacles of this case and the court's appraisal compensation amount is calculated as below the market price due to the problems of appraisal and thus cannot be deemed reasonable compensation for losses.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiffs additional compensation and damages for delay equivalent to the amount stated in the purport of the claim.
