1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally with the plaintiff 50,841,340 won and 49,224,140 won among them.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence 1 and 2, the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund shall file a lawsuit of indemnity amounting to Cheongju District Court 2006Kadan10098, Cheongju District Court 2007, March 21, 2007, "the defendant, corporation B, D, and C shall jointly and severally pay 54,436,378 won to the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund and 52,819,178 won from July 13, 1994 to July 31, 1994; 17% per annum from the following day to February 15, 1998; 25% per annum from the next day to October 31, 198; and 16% per annum from the next day to the date of notification to the defendant; and 20% per annum from the date to the date of notification to the defendant until February 29, 2002.

Therefore, the defendant is jointly and severally liable to pay the money set forth in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition, which the plaintiff seeks, so it is so decided as per Disposition by the decision to accept the plaintiff's claim of this case.
