Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 20, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Jeonju District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a summary order of KRW 2.5 million from the Jeonju District Court on April 25, 201 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

【Criminal Facts】

1. Any person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, on November 2009, the Defendant paid 100,000 won for the acquisition of the B LV car to a person who is not eligible to drive the BV as the intention to drive the BV, and did not file an application for the registration of the transfer of name within 15 days without justifiable grounds, even though he/she received the B LV car by drying it.

2. On September 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on the following occasions: (a) on September 7, 2014, the Defendant was driving a B LV car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.290% while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.290%, without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the secondary apartment in the 40-gu, Young-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front side of the original 8km located in the same science.

3. No automobile which is not subscribed to the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, shall be operated on a road; and

Nevertheless, the defendant, as a holder of B LV car, operated the car without mandatory insurance at the date and time and place specified in paragraph 2.
