Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:10 on August 22, 2018, the Defendant, on the front side of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, requested the victim C to have his vehicle parked in front of his/her own place of residence, and the victim refused to do so, and, on the ground that the victim refused to do so, he/she saw the victim, “I would do so, I would like to do so, I would like to do so,” and ambling the knife (29cm, 16cm on the day) of the victim’s knife, who entered the knife of the victim’s knife, who was in his/her place of residence, followed the victim’s knife and knife the victim’s knife to enter.”
