Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2015, the Defendant stated that “E” in the construction site of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around August 20, 2015, waits for the victim at the construction site of “E” and enters the container stuff used by the victim as the office, and stated “A” in the indictment that is a knife (the length of 29cm, the knife length of 16cm, and the knife length of 16cc.) of a dangerous article put in the right-side knife of the victim C (the knife of knife of 1.6cm). Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
