Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a B's driver car.

On December 20, 2015, the Defendant, at around 04:40 on 20 December 20, 2015, proceeded one lane from the 3-lane road in front of the net malk-si, Seocheon-si.

At the time, there are nights, and there is a central separation unit manufactured by plastics, and thus, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has the duty of care to safely drive the steering system of the motor vehicle by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting this, the Defendant was 5 meters away from the center, which was managed by the road department at the time of netcheon City as a part of the front part of the said car.

The defendant did not take measures at the time of traffic occurrence while destroying the above central separation unit to repair the repair cost of KRW 624,827 due to the above occupational department and office.
