A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 10:10 on October 31, 2016, the Defendant: (b) signed and sealed the Defendant’s deposited cash of KRW 278,00, the deposited goods of KRW 178,00; (c) the Korean Bank Debit Card of the Korean Bank (KB); and (d) one receipt of the deposited goods with the driver’s license (hereinafter “the deposited goods of this case”); (d) one receipt of the deposited goods with the driver’s license; and (e) one receipt of the deposited goods with the driver’s license (hereinafter “the deposited goods of this case”); and (e) one receipt of the deposited goods with the driver’s license without any error in the deposit and meal situation.

However, on October 31, 2016, the Defendant was arrested as the current offender in the case of invalidation of the public document and detained in the jurisdiction of the said police station at the time of detention, and was well aware that the goods, such as KRW 100 won, KRW 100, KRW 40, and one foreign street, which the Defendant possessed at the time, were stored in the said police station, and that the deposited goods of this case were not immediately deposited at the time of the storage of other goods.

Accordingly, the defendant deceiving AA, who is a police officer in charge of AB, and he received the deposited goods of this case owned by the victim from the above AA, and acquired them by fraud.

2. On October 31, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business and Financial Business related to Fraud to Victims AC, at a convenience store located on the first floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AD Building, as if he/she would normally purchase goods from the victim A, who is an employee of the Defendant, and purchased goods equivalent to KRW 7,100 at the market price, such as Cocarra, etc., as if he/she would purchase the goods in a normal condition, and then makes payment by presenting a debit card under the above Y that he/she acquired, and continuously makes payment at around 17:13 on the same day, the market price of tobacco, etc. is 58,250 won.
