1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) On October 3, 1917, 1917, the networkF obtained the assessment of the instant forest, and the network G (the death of January 2, 2001) completed the registration of preservation of ownership on October 14, 1993 with respect to the instant forest, the Plaintiff, the designated parties, and H completed the registration of preservation of ownership on October 14, 201, with respect to the instant forest as the heir of G, the Jeonju District Court Kim Jong-dong Office, Kim Jong-dong Office, 2723, the receipt on February 10, 201, with respect to the portion of 1/4 of the instant forest, with respect to each of the instant forest, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 2, 2001 due to inheritance by consultation division, and the Plaintiff and the designated parties completed the registration of transfer on May 13, 2014, with respect to each of the instant forest as the registration of transfer for compulsory auction by reason of the sale on May 13, 2014, 2015.

B. The Defendants who owned the neighboring land of this case completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on December 1, 1971, No. 13710, which was received on December 4, 1971 as of December 1, 1977, with respect to one-third share of 1,746 square meters of I forest land and 1,746 square meters (hereinafter “the adjoining land of this case”). The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 4, 1971 with respect to one-third share of 1/3 of 1,051 square meters of 1,051 square meters of 1,051 square meters of 1,051 square meters, which was received on December 4, 1971.

C. 1) Of the instant forests and fields, those graves located in the instant forests and fields are located in 25, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 23, 24, and 25, the part (B) of the instant forests and fields connected in order to each point of 808 square meters, which is 12 m2 managed by the Defendants (hereinafter “instant graves”).

2) All of the instant graves were installed before September 1985.
