1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by K;

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a clan with the purpose of protecting graves, conducting religious services, and promoting friendship among the members of the clan by making the R 24 years of age as a joint ancestor.

B. On September 29, 1970 with respect to the instant L forest, the registration of transfer of ownership with K, T, and U as a right holder of the right of share on the ground of sale as of August 5, 1963 by the Daegu District Court No. 3115 of the receipt of machinery, such as the Young-gu District Court’s Yeongdeungpo Branch Branch, etc., for the instant L forest, was completed.

C. With respect to the instant forest land M, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on May 4, 1971, by the receipt of the aforementioned machinery as the No. 2031 on March 8, 1949, with respect to the Plaintiff’s forest land as the right holder of 1/3 of K, V, and W, each of which belongs to the Plaintiff. Of the instant forest land, the registration of transfer of ownership of the right holder of T and U as the right holder of 2/6 of T and U was completed on August 27, 1981 with respect to the instant forest land for M on December 27, 1981, by the above receipt of the machinery as 14281 as of December 3, 1974 on the ground of sale and purchase as of December 3, 1974.

With respect to the instant N and P forest land, the registration of transfer of ownership with K, T, and U as a right holder of the ownership of K, T, and U, respectively, was completed on May 4, 1971 by the receipt of the aforementioned machinery by 2032 on July 8, 1984.

E. On May 4, 1971, with respect to the instant O forest, the registration of ownership transfer with K, T, and U as one-third right holder of K, T, and U, respectively, was completed on the grounds of sale and purchase by the above OM No. 2032 on July 8, 1948.

F. As to the instant Q forest land, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on October 6, 197 with respect to the instant Q forest land as the Plaintiff’s right holder of the right to share in K, T, and Defendant B, respectively, on the grounds of the sale and purchase of the said machinery as of March 9, 1958 from No. 3190 to March 6, 1970.

G. As to each of the instant forest land, the registration of transfer of shares in Defendant C was completed on the ground of inheritance of property due to the division by agreement as of June 29, 2004, the above-mentioned machines received on November 12, 1988, and the registration of transfer of shares in Defendant C was completed on November 1, 201, as of November 1, 201, the above-mentioned machines received as of November 1, 201, as the above-mentioned machines received as of November 1, 201.
