1. Defendant Republic of Korea has jurisdiction over the real estate stated in attached Table 1(1) against the Plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 1, 1913, K was under the circumstances of each of the lands listed in the separate sheet 1 (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant lands”) located in the Gan-gun, Yangju-gun, Yang-gun, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter referred to as “instant plot of land,” and the entry up to the Myeon out of the lot number was omitted).

B. Division and registration 1) The mother land of this case was divided into 43 square meters prior to L on December 30, 1958 and 1,508 square meters prior to M. The former 1,508 square meters prior to M was divided into 407 square meters prior to M, 606 square meters prior to N, 59 square meters prior to P, 164 square meters prior to Q. 272, among the above divided land, 59 square meters prior to P (the land category was changed to 195 square meters on December 20, 196), and 195 square meters again divided into 195 square meters, 200 square meters prior to P. 169 square meters, and 195 square meters, 30 square meters and 195 square meters, and 196 square meters, 196 square meters and 295 square meters, respectively.

3) The Defendant Republic of Korea is the Defendant I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) after completing the registration of preservation of ownership on July 19, 1996 under the receipt of No. 45801 as to the 153 square meters of O field (the land indicated in paragraph (1) of attached Table 1).

A) On January 14, 2009, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the Namyang District Court’s Seoul District Court’s registration office as the receipt of No. 3926 on January 14, 2009, and (4) on May 12, 2009, which was entrusted to U.S. Co., Ltd. on May 12, 2009, divided into 147 square meters for each land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 and 6 square meters for T. 22, 2009, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Defendant Co., Ltd. on April 29, 2010 for each of the above land as the receipt of No. 4472 on April 29, 2010.

5) Meanwhile, with respect to the land indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table 1, Defendant Republic of Korea shall receive on October 26, 1995, the Namyang District Court, the Namyang District Court, the receipt on October 26, 1995, and with respect to the land indicated in paragraph (3) of the attached Table 1, the same registry office shall receive on March 24, 1999.
