Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. In the Land Survey Division prepared under the former Land Survey Ordinance, the land survey division stated that the land survey division: (a) F, 99 and JJ No. 1,177 and PJ No. 1,552 and P. 1,041 and P. 2,670 and Q. 328 of the above P, residing in P, and P. 2,390 and P. 171 and P. 780 of the above W, residing in P, and located in P, the above T. 2,390 and P. 171, residing in P, and the above C. 328 are as follows: (b) the V residing in P, the above T. 2,390 and P. 171; and (c) the above C. 780 et al. residing in P, respectively.
(hereinafter referred to as “the circumstances of this case”). B.
The land in this case was divided into each land listed in the separate sheet as shown in the attached sheet (hereinafter “each land in this case”).
C. The defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership as to the land in the separate sheet No. 3674 on August 7, 1959 with respect to the land in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 as to the land in the separate sheet No. 3674 on August 7, 195, as to the five land in the same list No. 17654 on March 27, 1996, as to the six land in the same list No. 74047 on December 16, 1995, as to the land in the same list No. 7, 8, 11, 12, and 13 as to the land in the same list No. 2496 on April 30, 1960, as to the same list No. 9,100 on the land in the same list No. 25 on Jan. 7, 1959 and No. 1965 on the same list No. 14 on July 196, 197.
Meanwhile, on December 22, 2001, Defendant G purchased two land listed in the same list from Defendant Republic of Korea, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt No. 117018 on December 31, 2001.
The plaintiffs' Y(Y, Z) (Y, Z) is the "Seoul Jung-gu AA", the original domicile is the "Seoul Jung-gu AB", the address was the "Seoul Jung-gu AC" on September 11, 1967, and the moving-in report was made to the "AD" on April 15, 1968, and the moving-in report was made to the "Seoul Yongsan-gu AE" on September 3, 1971.
As the death of the Y, there is a difference between South and Australia.
