Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a D taxi, and the victim E is a passenger who uses a defendant's taxi.

1. On July 4, 2013, the Defendant stolen one copy of the victim’s credit card by carrying the victim’s hand in order to pay taxi use fees in front of the domicile of the victim of the F in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and by delivering another card (a new card G).

3. The Defendant in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act used a stolen credit card by settling accounts equivalent to 32,500 won using the credit card of the Defendant who stolen, at the same time and place as paragraph (2).
