A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a foreign female sexual traffic business in the name of "C" in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel 1509.
On March 21, 2018, the Defendant received 180,000 won from D and caused him to perform sexual intercourses with E and sexual intercourses with the Russian nationality, which is a female sexual traffic, from around March 15, 2018 to around March 21, 2018. The Defendant arranged sexual intercourses by having two unspecified male customers, who found the place at the above establishment, receive 13-190,000 won per day from the price for sexual intercourses with the female sexual intercourses.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

After Article 25 of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic, punishment shall be determined as ordered by taking into account the following circumstances: the age, sex, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and all of the sentencing conditions stated in the arguments and records of the case, including the following circumstances:
Unfavorable circumstances: Mediation of sexual traffic is highly harmful to society by commercializing sex and impairing sound sexual culture and good morals.
The favorable circumstances: the defendant has no record of crime in the same way.
The defendant recognizes all of his crimes.
