Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts such as Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (such as brokerage of commercial sex acts), the Defendant is a business owner of "D" on the fourth floor of C Building when industrialization.

The defendant from January 23, 2017 to the same year.

2. Until August 18, 200, up to 12:12:130,000 won were received from customers who found the said place at the said establishment; and (2) had them enter into sexual intercourse with the E of the Russian nationality, a woman of sexual traffic, thereby arranging sexual traffic.

B. On April 10, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (mediation, etc. of sexual traffic) in order to assist B, upon the request of B after transferring the said business to B, in receiving money from the customers who found the said business place at the said business place, and to have sexual intercourse with the women of Russian nationality from April 10, 2017 to 20 of the same month, the Defendant provided guidance by receiving KRW 1.30,00 won from the customers who found the said business place from April 10, 2017 to 1.30,00 won, and included the F, etc. of Russian nationality, which is a woman of sexual traffic, as a room for the brokerage of sexual traffic, thereby facilitating B’s act of arranging sexual traffic.

2. Defendant B is a person who received the foregoing establishment from A on April 2017 and operates the business as “H”.

From April 8, 2017 to the 20th day of the same month, the Defendant employed workers I and A, and Russia nationality women, etc., and found out their place of sexual traffic, and assisted the business of arranging sexual traffic by allowing them to have sexual intercourse with F (one person G) of the Russian nationality, which is a female sexual traffic, with the amount of 1.30,00 won.
