Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on July 29, 2013, the Defendant stated that “A victim C (the age of 45) who was living on the second floor of the building next to the victim’s house and opened a window at the victim’s house to the effect that he was able to do so early, and that he was able to do so,” the Defendant said that “A son (the age of 45) who was living on the second floor of the building next to the victim’s house and she was able to hold a window at the victim’s house and she was able to do so.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
