A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and on March 14, 2014, the execution of the said punishment was terminated.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 1407" shall, upon receipt of a muster notice from a person subject to the call-up of social service personnel, respond to the call within three days from the date of the call-up.

1. On March 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a car from around 3 km away from the front road of the U.S. in the north-dong 1 A, Jung-gu, Incheon to the front road of the Gu customs office located in the 5-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, without a driver’s license on March 23:13, 2016 to the front road of the Gu customs office located in the 5-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant driven a car in the Cco column from around 2 km distance from the Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon High-speed Road Operations to the roads located in the same dong area.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1), was subject to control against a traffic police officer who is unable to know his name due to a violation of signal, an intersection traffic method, etc.

The Defendant stated that his name is “D” and his resident registration number is “E” in order to conceal his personal information, when the Defendant received a request from a traffic police officer to present a driver’s license.

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

1. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) is in front of a police box that is located in 1186 as it strengthens the 1186th line from the road near the mountain church located in 32, a 31-gil, the 41-gil, the Seogwon, Incheon, without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle at around 15:40, Nov. 27, 2015.
