A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to run a business providing youth games without registration shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after having facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance for cultural sports and tourism;

Nevertheless, from Jun. 2015 to Sept. 11:40, 2015, the Defendant, without being registered with the competent authority in front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon’s “C” located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, operated a juvenile game providing business by installing one unit of the “age,” which is the game water of the juvenile game providing business, and providing it to many and unspecified persons.

2. A water-related game business entity that encourages the provision of free gifts, etc. should not encourage speculation by providing free gifts, etc., but the Defendant operated a business by displaying and providing free gifts by inserting goods of at least 5,00 won at the market price in the same time and place as that set forth in the above paragraph 1, at the same time and place as that set forth in the above paragraph 1.

As a result, the Defendant provided free gifts in violation of the type, standards, and methods of providing free gifts prescribed by Presidential Decree for all game products by the juvenile game providing business.
