Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From February 2, 2017 to March 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the standards for granting free gifts at a “D” game providing business by providing a juvenile game providing business in the name of “D” on the first floor of the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu building, and providing a 18 unit of “top pop” in the name of a work, which is a game product to be used as a whole, with a 18 unit of “top pop,” and allowing the Defendant to withdraw a personal free gift worth KRW 8,000 to KRW 30,000,000, which is a consumer’s standard for paying free gifts in the machine, thereby promoting speculation of the game product-related business entity.
2. From July 28, 2016 to March 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the standards for granting free gifts at a game software establishment: (a) provided a juvenile game providing business under the name of “F” on the first floor of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G G G building; and (b) provided 15 types of works, which are the entire game water, and provided a 8,000 to withdraw a personal gift worth exceeding KRW 5,000,000, which is the standard for paying free gifts in the machine; and (c) provided it so that the Defendant may withdraw a personal gift of KRW 30,000,000, which is the standard for paying free gifts in the machine, thereby promoting speculation.
3. From October 31, 2016 to March 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the standards for granting free gifts at a game providing establishment of a “F 2” game providing business entity’s name, “F 2 point” in the first floor of H in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, which is a game product, and breached the obligations of the game products-related business entity by providing 8,000 to withdraw a personal gift worth exceeding KRW 5,000 to 30,000, which is the standard for paying free gifts in the machine, by installing 11 unit of the name, “top pop-up,” which is a game product to be used as a whole, and by providing it to promote speculation of the game products-related business entity.
