A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 300"

1. On January 4, 2018, the Defendant promised to sell cultural merchandise coupons at the price of 70% at the Internet NAV and the Korean car page.

A notice to the effect that “I will send a gift certificate if I deposit money” to the victim K who reported and contacted.

2. On January 14, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that he/she sells cultural merchandise coupons on the Internet NAVV online, and then send a cultural merchandise coupon equivalent to KRW 200,000 if he/she deposits KRW 140,00,000 to the victim M who visited the Defendant.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim M as above, and thereby, he acquired 140,000 won from the victim M to the credit cooperative account in the name of the defendant on the same day.
