Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at Suwon District Court, and the sentence became final and conclusive and completed on June 26, 2009 at the Seoul detention center.
