Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was an international marriage broker of the D Co., Ltd. in substantial Gu C at the Cheongju-si.

Each international marriage broker shall obtain personal information, such as marriage experience, from a user who has entered into an international marriage brokerage contract and from the other party to marriage brokerage, obtain certification from a notary public of the relevant country, and provide the other party and the user

Nevertheless, on April 2, 2014, the Defendant entered into an international marriage brokerage contract with E in Seocho-dong on or around April 2, 201, and left Vietnam along with E on or around the 23th day of the same month, leaving Vietnam on or around the same day, and arranged to E with eight female women in Vietnam on the same day, and did not provide E with personal information on the remaining seven women except F in writing.
