Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall inflict any danger or injury on other persons, or cause any danger to traffic, continuously or repeatedly, by committing two or more acts, from among the acts of violating signal, medianing, speed violation, violation of prohibition of change of course, violation of prohibition of rapid operation, violation of prohibition of passing, overtaking method or violation of prohibition of obstruction of front-time, etc.

On August 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a B Crick on around 22:30 on August 10, 2016, while driving the front road of 59-ro 28 U.S. apartment in Seoul, Nowon-gu, the Defendant discovered the police officer who performed the duty of regulating drinking driving on the front of the U.S. apartment, and escaped, and the police patrol driven the Defendant’s vehicle.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall observe the traffic signal, pass along the right side of the median line, and when it is likely to impede normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction to which the driver intends to change course of the motor vehicle, he/she shall not change his/her route, and shall not apply the brake in order to temporarily stop the motor vehicle or reduce its speed, except in cases of preventing dangers and in other inevitable cases.

Nevertheless, at the above date and place, the Defendant continued to run a storm apartment 114-dong underground parking lots located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, in approximately 4.5 km section, thereby threatening or endangering others or causing danger to traffic.
