All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

As to this, the court below revealed the following circumstances, which can be seen as evidence of its ruling, i.e., ① the Defendants came to contact with the Defendants that they would have been faced by the victim at the meeting organized by the victim, and had the victim met, but the victims would report to the police when they find out that they would have not want to face-to-face.
