All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.
Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. The Defendants misunderstanding each fact-finding or misunderstanding of the legal principles are merely engaged in ordinary dialogues by finding in a private teaching institute operated by the victimized person; there was no misunderstanding or sound for twenty minutes; and there was a disturbance to the extent that it interfered with the victim’s driving school business.

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below which found the Defendants guilty of all the facts charged of this case is erroneous in the misapprehension of legal principles.
B. Improper sentencing
2. Determination
A. As to the assertion of misunderstanding of facts or misapprehension of legal principles, the Defendants asserted the same purport in the lower court.
As to this, the court below revealed the following circumstances, which can be seen as evidence of its ruling, i.e., ① the Defendants came to contact with the Defendants that they would have been faced by the victim at the meeting organized by the victim, and had the victim met, but the victims would report to the police when they find out that they would have not want to face-to-face. Despite these answers, the Defendants were in accordance with the situation where the Defendants would have been faced by the victim due to their finding in the private teaching institute, and the Defendants were in a very upper limit of appraisal at the time. ② At the court of the court of the court of the court below, the victims were in a very upper limit of appraisal, ② “The Defendants made the Defendant her speech to the private teaching institute and made a speech without his personality,” and “Defendant A had “I am am hick’s personality,” and am snickly snicked from the entrance of his personality.
