Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving freight B.
On February 27, 2013, at around 13:25, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with 0.18% of alcohol concentration, and made it turn to the left from the face of aptitude at the Seosan-Eup, Seosan-gu.
Since there is no traffic control, there was a duty of care to check whether there is a cross-road vehicle by reducing the speed or temporarily suspending the vehicle, and to turn safely to the left.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the section of approximately 1.5 km from the Defendant’s house located in I at the time of a temporary game strike, such as the above “1” to the place of accident as referred to in the above “1.5 km alcohol concentration, and driving the Poter B truck under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.18%.
