Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a rash vehicle C.

On June 15, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on June 17:14, 2016, while driving the said vehicle, the Defendant continued straightly along the two lanes from the lived parallel to the Hamnkn-do 69-1, Chocheon-do, Chocheon-do, to drive the two-lane road along the intersection of the ri tower in Jeju Island 69-1.

At this point, signal lights are installed, and the speed limit is 70 km per hour, so a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by complying with the speed limit according to good faith.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and proceeded at a speed of about 110km in speed, even though he was a red signal, and the victim D (In this case, 43 years old) driving the said intersection from the new east-dong to the seat of the Chocheon-Eup Office. The defendant received the back part of the left side of the Era van's car (child care center vehicle) driving the said intersection as the front part of the defendant's vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the Victim F (n, 4 years old), who is the passenger of the victimized vehicle, to the victim F (n, 8 years old), about 12 weeks of the injury, such as injury in the two parts as need of medical treatment, the injury to the said victim G (n, 4 years old), the injury to less than two wounds in the open two areas where medical treatment is required for about 6 weeks of the injury, and the injury to the d (n, 43 years old), the injury to the d (n, 2 years old) where the d (n, 25 years old), such head and other parts as need of medical treatment for about 2 weeks of the injury to the said H (n, 25 years old), suffered from the said I (n, 25 years old), the injury to the h (n, 2 years old), the injury to the said G (n, 2 years old), the number of days of unknown treatment for about 3 days of the injury, and the injury to the said h (n, 3 years old) old).
