Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 07:10 on June 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the said police officers to have the Defendant, who was under the influence of alcohol, and returned home to the site, the police officers of the Samyang Police Station D (the age of 47) who was sent to the site after receiving a report from the host in front of the first floor of C Apartment 103, 103, 103, and was under the influence of alcohol; and (b) took a bath to the said police officers, such as: (c) 103, 704, and 204, the entrance lock number of the above apartment, which is not related to the Defendant, was collected and knifed; and (d) 103, 704, and 204, knife the front door of the apartment.

Accordingly, the above E and F interfered with the Defendant who is suffering from disturbance, and the Defendant threatened the above E and F with “Irama, dead,” and assaulted the Defendant with drinking towards his face.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the reporting case by the above E/F.
