A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 15, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim K (30 years of age) and two persons working therefor on the front of the J convenience store located in Ansan-si Group I, Ansan-si, on the front of the J convenience store, on the ground that he was drunkly boomed as if he would threaten the Defendant.
