Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2014, around 02:25, the Defendant took a bath to the victim D (the age of 48) who is a police officer belonging to the said police box within the Ansan-si Police Station B, Ansan-si, the Defendant obstructed the legitimate performance of official duties by assaulting the victim by means of sending a notice of penalty payment on the face of the victim, when the victim solicits him/her to return home after issuing the notice of payment of the non-facing penalty.
