A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 20, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases of Traffic Accidents”) led a person who is engaged in driving a Csch Rexton car to drive the Csch Rexton car with the front of the Csch Rexton road located in both villages of Gwangju Seo-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license on January 20, 2014.
