On August 24, 2018, the Defendant driven a B golf car under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.155% from the 20km section of approximately 20km to around 146-7, a 146-odon-ro, Suwon-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
