Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2015, the Defendants were asked questions about the circumstances of the instant case from G (the age of 40) belonging to the F District Unit of the Gangseo Police Station, which was dispatched to the site after having received a report of assault in the street “E” located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, and the Defendant Party A was able to look into G’s flap, “this flap, and the flap has been damaged by the flap,” and the Defendant B was pushed down at once by drinking the flap of G.
