Defendant

A and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, by a fine of 5 million won, and by imprisonment for six months, respectively.

1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C, who committed each public offering of credit service companies, were the president operating unregistered credit service companies, from those who reported the advertisement to those who contacted, the role of linking Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant C, who are the employees of the Defendant, was in charge of the act of collecting the claims by paying the loans to those who were introduced by each Defendant A and collecting the claims.

Defendant

A, in collusion with Defendant B on July 2017, lending KRW 1,840,00,000 to E, with the exception of KRW 2,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000 per day, and receiving interest exceeding the interest limit rate on the condition that payment of KRW 2,60,000 per day was made for 65,000,000,000 per day, and Defendant A engaged in unregistered credit business. Defendant A conspired with the remaining Defendants on seven occasions, such as the entry in Schedule 1-1 to 5 of the List of Offenses in collusion with Defendant B, and Defendant C engaged in unregistered credit business in violation of each interest rate limit on two occasions in total as shown in Table 1-6 through 7 of the List of Offenses of Crimes.

2. A person who intends to engage in credit business under Defendant B shall register with the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, Do Governor or Special Self-Governing Province Governor having jurisdiction over the relevant business establishment by business establishment, while a credit service provider lends a loan to an individual or a small corporation prescribed by Presidential Decree in excess of
