Punishment of the crime

1. From July 6, 2015 to September 10, 2015, Defendant A operated the “D restingel” under Article 206 of the Kimpo-si Building Act from around July 6, 2015 to around September 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed three rooms at the above 36 square meters of the size of 36 square meters; (b) employed female employees, such as E; (c) received KRW 110,00 to 120,00 from the unclaimed customers who found the place; and (d) provided the said female employees with money calculated as KRW 50,00 per time out of the amount of sexual traffic received from customers; and (d) arranged commercial sex acts.

2. The Defendants’ co-principals Defendant A are the owners of “D restingel” in 206 in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and Defendant B is the employees who received KRW 2 million per month from the above rest room.

The Defendants conspired, from September 11, 2015 to October 14, 2015, up to 36 square meters, installed three rooms, employed female employees, E, etc., and had them receive KRW 110,00 to KRW 120,00,00,00 from the influent customers who find the said place, and had them sexual intercourse with the said female employees, and then paid money calculated by KRW 50,000 per time from the amount of sexual traffic received from customers to female employees, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
