Punishment of the crime

1. On July 30, 2017, Defendant A, while driving a CFD car and driving it on a one-lane road (Seoul direction) in the vicinity of the KFD to the KFD, the Defendant continued to string off the DF A7 passenger vehicle driven by the victim B (27 years old) in the vicinity of the KFD to the KFD, and tried to take the Defendant’s car back to the victim after the Defendant’s car.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) changed the lane from the first lane to the third lane; (b) changed the vehicle of the victim to the third lane; (c) did not turn on the direction of the victim’s vehicle to the first lane; (d) did not turn on the direction of the victim’s vehicle rapidly as a safe distance is not secured; and (e) carried the victim’s vehicle driving at the first lane to the second lane; (e) opened a window while driving the car of the victim at the second lane to the second lane; and (e) took the car of the victim on the top of the passenger car of the victim.

E's clothes, the trial of vehicles, etc. were milched with the victim's automobiles, and continued to drive with the victim's automobiles, and the victim's toys with approximately 2.5cm in diameter was on the part of the victim's automobiles.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim using a passenger car, which is a dangerous object.

2. The driver of a motor vehicle B shall not threaten or endanger others, or cause danger to traffic, by continuously or repeatedly committing two or more acts among the acts provided for in Article 46-3 of the Road Traffic Act, such as securing of a safe distance, violation of prohibition of change of course, violation of method of passing ahead thereof, etc.;

Nevertheless, the defendant's vehicle A runs at the date and place specified in paragraph 1, and after the vehicle A's vehicle is set at the first lane, and the defendant does not yield the course to the defendant.
