1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The facts below the underlying facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of Gap's evidence Nos. 3, 4, 5, Eul evidence Nos. 6, 7, 8, 13 to 16, and witness J's testimony.
KC 14 years of age, M and N are 16 years of age, M are 18 years of age, M are 18 years of age, N are 2 years of age, P is 18 years of age, and P is 19 years of age, Q, R and S are 19 years of age, but R was adopted both.
All the defendants are KCro R's descendants.

C. Article 5(1) of the Establishment Regulations provides that “The members at the plenary session shall be members of the KRP, but the lineal descendants shall also be recognized as equal to persons of distinguished service after departure,” with respect to the qualification of members, and that “the members at the plenary session shall be members of the KSP and the NAP shall be members of the KSP,” which was held on November 24, 1982, shall be amended at the Plaintiff’s general meeting held on November 24, 1982.”
However, from around November 2007, there was a dispute over the qualification of NP, the descendants of R including the Defendants, and Nonparty AB, the president of the Plaintiff, sent to Defendant C a certificate of content that NP, including the Defendants, was disqualified for the Plaintiff’s membership on September 23, 2014. On November 17, 2014, the above receiver sent to Defendant C, G, AC, and AD a certificate of content that the above receiver was dismissed from office and deprived of the Plaintiff’s membership because the Plaintiff was not a member of the Plaintiff’s membership.
E. In addition, the Plaintiff’s 43 regular meeting held on November 23, 2014 (hereinafter “instant general meeting”) provides for the qualification of members.
