1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the buildings listed in the separate sheet, each point of the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 5, 4, and 1 shall be in sequence.

The Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for a lease of KRW 53.70 square meters on board (A) which connects each point of the attached drawing Nos. 1, 2, 5, 4, and 1 among the buildings listed in the attached list to the Defendant in sequence, at KRW 50,000 per rent, and the said lease contract terminated upon the expiration of the period.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the plaintiff, and the defendant is obligated to pay the sum of the unpaid rent of KRW 3 million.
