A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to raise funds for the repayment of personal debts, the defendant lent a camera equipment to use it for lending money to the pawnpos.

Therefore, even if the Defendant borrowed the camera equipment, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to return it.

1. On December 24, 2012, the Defendant against the victim C: (a) by putting the phone to the “E”, a lessee, such as the Kameras, located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and 3 floors; and (b) making a false representation to the effect that “I will return and pay the rent on January 14, 2013 by leasing the 1st century on the face of the week; and (c) on January 14, 2013, the Defendant continued to lend the 1st 5th mix with the equipment previously leased on February 1, 2013 and 3th 20-200m of the C, “I will pay the 3th 5th mix of the 3rd 203rd Kameras and the 20th 1st 203rd 1st 20,000 Seoul, the 203rd 203rd Kameras and the 201th 201st m 2013m m Ka.

2. On January 21, 2013, the Defendant against the victim G makes a false statement to the effect that “I, by posting the phone to “I,” a lessee, such as a carmer, located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and then return and pay the loan cost to the victim G after 15 days on the face of the week by lending 1 set of 5DMar2 and 70-200 meters of the carmeras,” and on January 23, 2013, the Defendant continued to receive from the victim the above KRW 685,00,00 in total at the victim’s market price before Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 23, 2013.” The Defendant was issued from the victim each of these false statement to the effect that “I is in need of a further amount between the3 and 15 years of age in radio technology.”
